Disappointing

Location is excellent rooms are quite modern. The direct entrance to Starhill is also lovely.

Cleaning and maintenance could be better. Lifts take a while by the time they stop at each floor.

Superb

awesome!

loved the location - super convenient to the major shopping malls eg pavilion. Hotel breakfast was superb as well. Great service at reception too. Room was spacious and overall, good value for money.

bedsheets dont seem to be changed every day by housekeeping. The driveway to the hotel is very busy (the adjacent hotel Ritz Carlton has a more private and quieter driveway)
