Good location in the city and spacious apartment. Clear instructions given on how to check in and get access card etc.

The apartment had a stale cigarette smell even though its supposed to be non smoking. There were water leaks from the windows in the bedrooms. The towels were old and frayed. There were not enough lifts servicing the apartment block so it took very long to go up and down.

The whole layout and furnishing of the apartment is excellent. The interior design looks good and welcoming.

The mattress is old and bad. Cannot have a good night rest. Woke up with painful aching back. The waiting time for the lifts is too long.

Spacious, with enough beds for 6 adults. Very clean and free wifi.also ample free parking lots. Very convenient location. 2 mins walk to KSL mall.

The elevators. Although there are 4 elevators. But each elevator serves only certain floors. So if you happen to use the elevator during peak hours (eg during check in/out). Be prepared to wait. And the elevators are small. Maximum about 6 adults with luggage.

Everything was fine and good except the aircon.

Aircon on and off during the night time and we have to keep waking up to on it than awhile it off by itself again.
