Very poor

disappointing as i paid so much money for the stay and it was dirty and not up to par

the space of the rooms in general

the room was dirty. ants on the bed. the toilet was horrendous toilet seat was so much smaller than the toilet bowl it was uncomfortable the toilet floods when someone showers as the water will leak out

Room is ok, building/tower was such! No maintenance at all!

The mattress was clean.. facilitates all functionable

1. About the room: Some parts of the room are not well maintained, its dirty and disgusting (i.e. curtain, floor, washroom, etc) 2. About the unit: the room that i stay is not safety like other unit which have another digital door lock before the room unit.. For the unit that i stay, look like being abandoned , the main door is broken. 3. About the building/tower:- i. The building was not well maintained.. im staying at tower 6, the corridor and entrance to the tower is very dirty and disgusting, look like Im staying a 2 stars hotel! ii. The structure of the building is so complicated, the towers are not linked to each other, i need to take lift up and down so many times and walk so far then only can get to the right tower

We like the unit coz its big and value for money. The linens should be washed properly.

The unit is big and it has a value for money. The wifi ha a very good connectivity.

It is far from the amusement parks and transportation is very difficult. The bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are not clean.

This unit not direct to hotel management. Call agent to deal the key collection. This unit don't have room services esp not cleaning (2 night and dustbin full) Not used friendly cause less signage and confused esp while collecting and returning room key Kids pool and rest room at pool no heater or warmer.

Bad staff, no one listen when you ask for help with issues in room Diety rooms, the room had basic amenities missing and it even had a cockroch. When asked help to fix. Staff says no one from cleaning service so cannot. Room was dirty filled with dust
