lovely room with excellent views, super friendly and helpful staff, perfect location

The food wasn't up to the standard we've had in a 4 star hotel before There was little choice of starters or vegetables at dinner and the grilled food was cooked in advance then left for you to serve yourself which meant it wasn't very hot, breakfast was great though

Good stay, nice location, but they dont serve water!!

dinner and breakfast spread was nice, staff was courteous and kind

did not give water at the dinner even when we opted for half board. There were no bottles of water available in the room as well. We had to continuosly purchase water from the hotel.

we stayed for 4 nights, enjoyed the incredible spa, had the best massages. The food in the buffet was absolutely amazing

This was the nicest resort I have ever stayed at. Everything about it is beautiful. They have the best food and drinks, staff, and location

On the list for quality and headache free holidays.

Location is great. Nearby esmerald water lagoon with bar, pool, only for hotel guests is nice area to relax. Plus pool, beds, umbrellas at the hotel area. All clean and comfortable. Catering is great. Service perfect. Canteen as a restaurant.

Everything is ok. Spa water jets could be more powerful.
