Superb

Nice hotel, nice town. Love the Spain )

Everything was nice. New facilities, comfortable bedding, warm and cozy room. The hotel itself is very stylish. Breakfast also was nice. Location is very close to ocean and to the old town. Weve enjoyed the stay.

We liked everything.

Nice room, cosy, clean.

Glass container in front of the building. The emptying proces very early in the morning wakes you up. Isolation is not top.

Great! Would book again in a heartbeat!

The location was excellent! The rooms, though small, were spotless and well equipped with comfortable beds, nice toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. I had a lovely terrace with city views. I didn't have breakfast, but other people I was traveling with did and I hear it was fine.

Lovely hotel but a stroke of bad luck in the night with noise and heat :(

1. Bed and toilets - Very clean and the toilet had a bidet which was a pleasant surprise! Showers had good pressure. 2. Location - Well located in the centre of San Sebastien hence everything was within walking distance and was close to restaurants and the beach. 3. Staff - super nice and polite and spoke good English

1. The heating - November of 2023 being the confusing month for weather in Europe, it was cold but still not cold enough that heating was needed. It was exceptionally warm in the night and that would have been fixed with just opening the window but.. here comes point no.2 Unfortunately, because it was central, they couldn't switch it off. So while we were out, we had to leave the window open just so it would cool the room down. 2. The noise from the street - it felt that every person in San Sebastian and their grandmothers had to throw glass away in the night and chat with one another loudly. Given how warm and clammy it was, you couldn't get a good night's sleep without opening the window to let some fresh air in . And when you did, the noise from the street was so loud , it felt like they were yelling into the room. I still would recommend this hotel but remember to bring ear plugs just in case you prefer the windows open at night

Paula on Reception was so helpful with travel arrangements and small queries. The other Receptionists were great too! Excellent breakfast. Freshly cooked items on request. Excellent location - 5 mins from La Concha beach and 5 mins from Buon Pastor Cathedral Very, very clean.

Quite noisy at night and early morning. However when the building work will finish along the street this will change.

After spending a few weeks in hostels, I needed a place of refuge for a moment. While hotels are not typically in my budget, I needed the alone time and break. This was exactly what I needed; the location was superb, right across the street from the beaches and shops and a beautiful walk into Old Town. The hotel was extremely clean and the room was nice. I also appreciated the laundry service & them holding my bags before and after check out. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Pleasant stay in a marvelous city

Close to the famous Concha beach and to this the old part of the city which is populated by a myriad of restaurants and tapas bars. Convenient parking garage across the street. Minimalist clean rooms.

Room prices were astoundingly high for a 3 star hotel
