Superb

Decent, Lovely and Convenient stay for Travelers to Explore KL City!

The location is superb! Who would have thought there sited a decent 4-stars hotel at Cheras area. Staffs are very attentive (thanks Aida and Nastassia), especially Nastassia because I have requested for a room change/upgrade from common room to Loft type at night time 9pm+, she responded really quick and the whole process took around 15mins only. Kudos! The overall ambience is great and really exceeded my expectation, it's clean and lovely while we were in the hotel. Gonna stay in again in the near future.

Okay, based on the guest reviews on Booking.com and Google, we already knew the guests are often mad at that their slow and inefficient check-in process, but guess what, we did wait for quite a period yet the staffs are polite and tried their very best on taking care of our patience. I don't think this should be the reason not choosing INNSiDE for your trip! I will still recommend this Hotel to my foreigner guests!

The front desk staff, Lokman Hakim extremely friendly and very helpful. Very proactive.

As per one of the staff, whatever we need, need to inform the front desk. Housekeeping is very bad. Need to inform front desk to replenish the amenities. Example : shower gel. When we took over the room, the shower gel not filled up. Coffee, sugar and creamer need to ask...dissappointed with the housekeeping staff. Staff took very long to answer the call, Front desk and housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk to seek help.

Going up to P7 parking is really not good. Those return hotel late night have to pass by all others dark parking floor before reach P7.

Try not to use the lift during room cleaning time

As it was new, facilities are up to date and user friendly. But the guest lift is shared with the service lift so more other than not guest will be sharing a lift with all the dirty linen and Rubbish bins

Hotel car park is at 7th storey by then time I done circling up I vomited due to nausea. Guest lift is shared with service staff so expect all the hotel operating tools and equipment inside the lift with you

sink very small for 2 person traveller we got no room to place our make up and personal cares location pretty farm from downtown and mall connect to hotel dont have starbucks or supermarket tv is only for locals breakfast can be improve rather then give us cold sunny side up you are melia group and cant have eggs station for warm fresh omelette or scramble really
