The InnB Park Hotel received overall positive reviews. The reception staff were friendly and allowed early check-in. The lobby was clean but outdated and the caf� was closed. The location was conveni (Read More)ent with nearby amenities but congested on weekends. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a recently renovated bathroom. However, there were some cleanliness issues. Guests appreciated the central location and friendly staff but suggested improvements to the external environment, parking, and caf�.

Closer to the busy places like malls and easy to move around. Comfy bed.
Cleanliness. Even after leaving a note in the room, no one cleaned the smelly kettle. Shower doors can be more clean.we need to pay for an extra water bottle apart from 2 small bottles left in the room.

Location, close to shopping and food. Reasonable place to stay. Price as well as location. Staffs are very helpful .
The pillows are too soft does not feels like I am using a pillow.

Please retrain the staff mentioned above. It is a shame because otherwise it is usually a pleasant stay.
Affordable price for 10 minutes walk to Pavilion. There is a laundromat right next to the hotel and a 7-11 store 2 minutes walk away. Kettle was not working but was replaced right away by staff on duty.
We have stayed at this property before with no problems. However this time there was an issue with the reception staff. We had come back after a long day out and wanted to take a shower at 10:30pm on 21/11/23. We found the towels had some yellow/black stains on them and called reception for replacement towels. Usually this is no issue but this time the male receptionist said it was not possible as housekeeping was off-duty after 6pm. On top of this, the phone was faulty and kept getting cut off. Eventually after several inaudible calls, we had to go down to reception. He asked us to either wait until 6am next morning for towels or PAY HIM for new towels. After asking to speak to his manager (which he refused), only then the staff took some towels from a storage room right next to reception (circled in photo). We are unhappy with how this staff handled this issue. He couldve just asked us to come down and give the towels from reception instead of saying he cant do it because he is alone, and then outright refusing when we came to reception ourselves. It took us 1.5 HOURS to get towels.

The room is very small and there is no ventilation. The windows are closed and the whole room is revealed from the outside, relying on the air conditioner only.

Great location for a short stay.
The location was central, close to train stations and shopping malls. The room was small but this was not unexpected for a single windowless room.
The towels had holes in them but easily solved by replacing with the cleaning attendant.
