Meets the basic requirements of a hotel. If youre looking to be taken care of or want a touch of luxury, go elsewhere.

Theres plenty of space and access to outdoor swimming pools. They provide a good size of body wash and conditioner in their showers. The hotel is quite a distance from the port/centre but situated close to the golf course which has a lovely restaurant with fabulous views and worth the visit.

I didnt like that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together (premium room). I also didnt like that the view from the sea-view premium room overlooks the decrepit part of the hotel and is quite the eyesore. The fabric sun loungers (massive cushions around the pool) had visible stains and did not appear clean. I actually observed to see if there were changed and were not. The service was very mediocre not rude but not exceptional either. Also, requesting an iron appears to be the luck of the draw. I visted a 5 star hotel after this one and honestly the difference was stark. Also its true, the elevators can only fit 2 persons and feel on the brink.

Beautiful stay in chill, nicely designed hotel

Amazing hotel, breakfast and pools. It's a really nice cozy atmosphere everywhere and I loved the chill vibe, so it was nice to chill at the pools as well, without any noisy environment (apart from the neighbour's drilling machines during morning yoga).

Most of the staff was friendly, however the cleaning ladies didn't respect our wishes not to enter the room. They even did it without knocking, while we were undressed, to bring the cot. And even though we asked them not to clean the room the 2nd day, specifically asking only for towels (we added the DND sign on the door), they still cleaned the room and threw away our pizza leftovers. Even one of the receptionists, Dudu, was kind of rude. She made me feel uncomfortable every time I asked a question, as if I was bothering here.

Excellent stay. Will come back.

Excellent food, room views and staff. Dinner was EXCELLENT. Great range and quality. Very tasty and carefully presented. Good local dishes. Very good breakfast also, which included local cheeses and a good variety of fresh juices.

The lovely beach bar was already closed for the season even though weather was still gorgeous.

Superb!

We had a superior room overlooking the sea. The room was superb, the view was spectacular. Breakfast was super good. Staff is ok. Location is very nice for quiet and more secluded places. Everything in the hotel seemed super clean.

Bathroom did not have an actual door, it had a door with spaces in it, thus not so much privacy when using it. Also, Be careful when booking, not all rooms are renovated. The superior ones seem to be renovated. The other ones seem outdated.

Great amenities but customer service needs to be improved

The hotel had great amenities and the room was really well equipped. We upgraded our room to a sea view which was well worth it.

We had some issues with staff. One example is that we asked to look at the buffet lunch to see whether we would eat there due to food allergies. The staff member on duty told us we could look, but that she would be watching us. This made us feel very uncomfortable as paying customers. We questioned whether she would ask this if we were not two younger females. Also, the food at breakfast was average at best. We found it bizzare that the lifeguard would not let us use a inflatable in the pool. It was not busy at all and we just wanted to sunbathe on the water. They also left passive aggressive notes if we left the sun beds to go and eat, which is necessary as you cant eat near the pool!

Liked it!

We were in room 530, loved the view from there. Brand new room with nice bathroom and forniture. Loved the spa and swimming pool. Breakfast was included and ok.

Staff wasn't great ufortunately. Definetlly not up to 4 stars standard. Should be improved!

The view was magnificent! The hotel room mediocre.

Too small a room. I couldnt switch off the Balcony light and enjoy evening sunset. Bedside light switches not properly wired. No drawers! One day our room was not cleaned? Inadequate lighting for shaving. No towel rail or enough towel hooks.

i forgot my clothes at the hotel. They are not actively in helping me to return the clothes. i have to make calls again and again. Their attitude is like: you have checked out. we don't care.
