Pilgrimage BIHAR

All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. As the toilet was separate from the bathroom, it was convenient for two people. Overall, it is a fabulous hotel and esthetically pleasing gardens. They have a variety of breakfast and dinner choices, which was nice and healthy. Restaurant has a fabulous choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms in a nice and clean neighborhood

We went with Family. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was conveniently located in a nice and clean neighborhood. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. There is a free parking in front, and lots of green and open space to walk around. Also, the restaurant was nice. It is quite close to a lot of major attractions in there.

A forgettable experience

Property is nice with well maintained green spaces. Rooms are spacious and clean. They have separate WC and bathing spaces which was a first for us.

The attitude of the staff needs to change drastically. Even though it is not a Govt. hotel, the feeling that we got was that they are doing us a favour. Room no. 313- the intercom telephone was not working and apparently could not be rectified. Tv was also not working. The staff showed unwillingness in meeting almost every request. Whether it was giving a tea sachet, or heating up the sambhar or giving fresh poories, the staff said NO the first time.

our driver complained the bed given to him in a hall in front of the main entrance was very dirty. He had to sleep inside near reception on sofa.

Very basic breakfast. Also, not much on the menu for the other meals or mid-day snacks. The hotel gardens are not maintained. The hotel is well located and convenient for moving around Rajgir.

The property is huge but lacking maintenance. Very basic amenities provided in the hotel. The facilities for the drivers is very inadequate. All the additional facilities were non-operational.
