Superb

Nice Hotel in a Great Location Near Sea and Shops

Lovely clean room. Kettle, mugs, tea and coffee particularly welcome.Large spacious dining room.Friendly staff.

The entertainment room was on the lower ground floor/basement and it did get rather hot as it was very busy.

I paid an additional price for an extra bed for child which was extremely uncomfortable and she had to shift to our bed which made it extremely difficult for us.

Great location, poor experiences

Location was perfect. It was 1 minute walk to the sea.

Rude personel at the reception, abusive approaching my wife and my kids where there as well. Wrong information given by 2 different people from the hotel, causing us a parkingticket. Didnt want to support in any matter. Room had no aircon, so be aware the appartment is very warm during the summer. The bathroom had pipes inside that where burning hot, adding more heath to the already hot rooms. The beds where a bit hard for our taste, even left with a sore back. And the hotel and/or area is mostly full of elderly people, it did not bother us, but please be aware of that.

The location

The attitude of the rude staff. The room had no shower. The ceiling was damaged. The room was unclean. The access for wheelchair was non existent.

A good location for the week, easy acces to the bandstand, town, restaurants etc.

Excellent location for the bandstand.we were playing there for a week. Very spacious apartment and very helpful friendly staff in the hotel.

No openable windows, bar one which then couldnt be closed because the handle was broken. Kitchen had a good range of electronics, but otherwise rather under equipped, we needed to ask for mugs and a teapot.

a good location for all the different things like pier bandstand town and shopping and places to eat

really traditional hotel with features the old lift and revolving door it has good facilities with a lounge 3 bars restaurant evening entertainment bingo quiz and visiting cabaret rooms are a giood size and very good power shower.very clean and well maintained.

Very good

Overall a nice night away.

Property was very close to everything, evening entertainment was very good. Room was basic but clean and comfy. Joseph at the bar was very friendly and welcoming.

Missed breakfast as wasn't mentioned that it was included in the price we paid so checked out without it. I didn't realise until we got home.
