Location right outside train station. Staff extremely friendly and efficient. Room very clean and full of amenities. I had a 1 night stay and it was perfect.

Nice clean and functional hotel but with super staff

The staff were super helpful and accommodating from allowing us travel weary passengers to check in early to providing us with ice for our drinks in the evening. Friendly, polite and charming and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and functional and the shower was excellent.

The area around the train station is not really all that nice at nighttime

Perfect place for stopover

We've spent one night there before moving on to Cote bleue. It's only a few footsteps from St Charles Station, so perfect if you arrive and leave by Train.

The location just beside the garage of saint Charles is ideal for travellers with a lot of baggages and early flights or trains. The hotel is on the same level of the garage so no need to move upstairs or downstairs...just take your luggages and go to take the airport bus or your train.

The room was small and very hot ..the air conditioner wasn't working, no fridge... But it was clean . And we didn't actually contact the staff to help us with the air conditioner because it was only one night..

Convenient location and clean rooms

Super convenient location right next to the Saint Charles train station and only 10 minutes by foot or two Metro stations to the city center. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very good value for money!
