handy place for an early flight

perfect location for an early morning flight, a short walking distance from the airport but also served by bus just outside the hotel. staff was warm and professional, and in general good vibes in the premises, with some customers spending the evening at the bar/in the lobby

Perfect for overnight airport stay

Stayed here overnight to catch an early flight. Perfect location for airport. Staff on arrival really friendly. Room clean and up to standard. Would absolutely choose to stay here again.

I like the staff was so nice specially in restaurant the staf was so nice polite and fast! the room was nice clean and comfy!

I didt like because for the price the room was poor! no fridge not to much stuff! and the food was e extremely expensive!

The worst night sleep, wish Id paid less and stayed at the Holiday Inn next door.

location is good for Luton Airport

absolutely filthy room, broken bed with mattress hanging down through the frame, broken lift. photo of the dust/dirt on the side of the bed and the floor. arrived very late and left early so didnt see anyone to complain but if I had more time I would have done.
