Great place for a great price and comfortable room.

The place is very comfortable, just at the very city centre. It can be tricky at first to find the parking garage, but it is very comfortable as from the parking lot you can reach directly the hotel. And the price was really nice.

We noticed, that the filter "hotel with private parking" does not necessarily mean that the parking will be free. This time it costed 10 euros.

Nice hotel in the city

Ver nice location in the city centre close to the train station. Surprisingly, it was pretty calm during the night. In the room you can find everything you need for the short stay. Breakfast is fine and convenient.

There are not so many points to complain about. The lack of the kettle and iron is fine for the price, but still doubtful

Good hotel, perfect location

The location is perfect. Many shops and restaurants and sights nearby. Ibis is usually a reliable chain with good rooms and decent prices, and this is no exception. Nothing fancy but good, comfortable room (a bit more comfortable than the Ibis Budget next door), good sound isolation, 24 h reception etc. I was given a room even though I arrived well before offical check-in time.

No complaints.

An enjoyable mini visit spoiled by unyielding manager.

I didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that. I liked the fashion forward style of the room and the location. The view from the room was cool. The guy in the pic is the cab driver. The music was very cool!

I think they should provide some kind of fridge option. Whether it be one per floor or something. Of particular dislike was what I consider as an unreasonable adherence to rules. Id traveled across the country, having been in a city where there was a huge amount of substance dependent people within a stones throw of the bus station and en route to hotel, where they could have advised a cab, but didnt, to my discomfort, and then with only a nights stay, at this place, were adamant that there was no way they could meet me halfway in getting a couple of euros for the lockers! Which I was happy to reimburse. Bearing in mind Id stuck it out and stayed for three nights, in another of their branches in Hamburg, where I didnt feel safe to experience my original itinerary, which I explained to a junior staff, upon my arrival, but the unmovable manager who I felt was disrespectful, as there was quite a queue, so I expressed my own opinion of his decision, which I thought was disproportionately unyielding. On another point, I dont feel the actual location is an accurate reflection of the Google directions, and I noticed someone else (came into hotel) and was looking for their hotel saying it was confusing. Id gotten a quote from a member of staff, who called the cab station and got a quote for just over 6 so wasnt looking to meet the amount finally requested, though did concede to an Art piece to keep things nice, which Id better get on to but I think its worth getting a cab, if you can stretch or at least a proper map!

The staff were nice and welcoming, the room was clean, comfortable, and most importantly quiet (very good soundproofing). Parking is available for 10/day which is a very reasonable price. Great stay!

Breakfast costs an additional 15, which I think is a little too expensive.
