Superb

Excellent stay at an excellent price

The facilities were great. Microwave on site in the hotel lobby, good vending machines, shower very good and very large, good WiFi. The reception and lounge area is really nice and there is a grill restaurant on site. The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, especially considering it was New Year's Eve. The hotel was really silent and peaceful.

The room got really hot and stuffy in the night even though the heating was turned off. I believe this was because the rooms above and below left theirs on. Fortunately it was very easy to open the window and put it on a latch but just a warning for those with sinus issues. I also had a makeup artist come to do my makeup for New Year's Eve and it was difficult for her as there were no ceiling lights and the wall lamps were very dim.

Good

It was available for a last minute reservation, easy check in and with parking included.

They gave us only one towel and we were 3 people. Also, breakfast was ok but low price doesn't mean low quality.

Good value for money - comfort and location

The staff and structure were above my expectations, especially if compared to Brazil pattern for Ibis Budget. The room in Montpellier was more like a normal Ibis room, so comfortable it was. I truly indicate. Location is awesome - a tram that leads to city center is a few steps away from the hotel and costs 1.30 EUR.

Overall the hotel was acceptable as the price was also reflective of what to expect such as old building and aircon was

Affordable , clean and location is good

The morning front desk staff ladies did not smile or know how to greet clients. They were helpful but just lacked welcoming and friendliness towards guests. The air conditioning was not working well and front desk explained this is to be expected as the building and aircon system is old and not much they can do. It was abit disappointing but it was not summer and we were able to get over it.

A/C in our rooms wasn't working correctly. Lights from the A/C control on the wall couldn't be turn off and were pretty strong. No that close to any convenience store

Great location for centre and friendly staff

Location was very convenient by tram into Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was good n safe.

State of communal areas. Thank you for welcoming dogs but carpets hairy and smelly in corridor on level 4 for example

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great breakfast with super cafe au lait! Super place to stay, even with our dog. Not far from city center. Great for parking, we had a van and there were no issues. Very comfortable at a reasonable price.

Little bit away from local restaurants.
