Our stay was enjoyable, quiet pleasant.

The property and ambience.

1. I have had tastier food elsewhere and more variety. 2. I would never use Booking.com again. Their customer service response is very poor. They don't respond to phone call or messages.

Disappointing

Most of the staff were extremely polite and helpful, some of them werent. The food was a let down.

The facilities were good

Wasnt satisfied with the quality of the food on offer. It was often cold and there werent much Jamaican selection on most of the days. The fruit seemed to be frozen, instead of being fresh each day.

I like the food and the staff they were amazing

I didnt like my room the room wasnt clean and there was tall hairs all over the place
