Perfect one night stay in Chania City center

All was perfect, especially the welcome on the reception and the quality of the breakfast. Rooms are modern and extreemly clean. The Reserved car parking place was great.

Nice modern hotel

Very modern hotel. Breakfast was good although the seating area was very busy at times. In terms of location it was on a main road, but the hotel itself was quiet, and close to the sea. Room was very comfortable

Bar and restaurant had restricted hours (5-9pm) and choice of food was not extensive (although what we had was ok).

Hotel reception and rooms were beautiful, wouldve been nice to have a bath but other than that very clean nice complementary additions in the mini fridge. Breakfast was brilliant.

Room viewed into the road but thats more room choice. Having to pay extra to use the spa was ridiculous and should be made clearer. 15 for an hour was a rip off considering the steam room wasnt even hot and the jacuzzi kept turning off. Drinks vouchers only for sugary cocktails rather than beer or glass of wine.

Chania is a nice city to visit.

I feel compelled to leave a review to elucidate what might otherwise be unclear in their promotion. First, I want to praise the delightful breakfast and the waterfall showers. The location was great, near the Saturday market.

The hotel is located on a loud, busy street. This didnt bother us, but our room was on the other side of the building. For a hotel that claims to be five stars, amenities fall short on expectations. There is no bellman, there is no one to assist with luggage, no nightly turndown, and the WiFi is terrible. To get to the garage from the front desk, we were expected to go up a floor, across the hotel and then down to the basement. While this hotel promotes a fitness room and spa, these amenities are lacking. There was no one available in the spa to book an appointment. The gym is a small room with a bike and two treadmills, no weights. We couldnt find an open gym nearby to make up for this. The bar is not staffed with a bartender but with a server who is limited to sugary mixers, no garnishes. This hotel experience was exhausting with rules and regulations. You are given one key card per room. There is a 20 deposit for a second key that they will charge to your account. You have to remind them of this at checkout. We were given the deposit in cash. There is no common area to eat food brought in from a local restaurant. Our family was asked to leave the empty restaurant and sit outside in the cold. While we booked two rooms with appropriate sleeping quarters for our group, we were called over by a rude receptionist who told us we needed to pay for an additional breakfast as it wasnt listed on Booking. They waived this fee when we expressed our disappointment. We left for two nights, notifying the front desk that we would be gone and were still expected to pay for parking on the days we werent there because, according to the receptionist, we reserved parking. This is contradictory to the kind gentleman who greeted us on arrival and told us we could park in the garage if street parking was not available. Our departure flight was cancelled and rebooked to fly out a day earlier.

Great value with reasonable price.

Location is great. Caterina at the reception shared a lot of tips about Chania during the off-peak time. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Welcome drinks were small surprises when we checked in.

The parking place is a bit hard to find for the first time. And the space is a bit tight. Fortunately we got a small car and didnt have too many troubles during parking.

It was absolutely beautiful.

We absolutely loved the staff. The receptionist were really kind and gave us the best recommendations in terms of the places to visit and the restaurant to try out. We absolutely loved the Koukouvaya cafe, they serve the best chocolate cake in the world.

We were hoping to be in a room with 2 double beds instead of a sofa bed and a king sized bed. But over all it was a very pleasant experience.
