    Excellent facility, very quiet, except the room ventilation.
    The room, bed and pillows were all very good and the facility top notch. And the front desk personnel were well trained and very nice.
    Everything was very good until the shower, where there was only lukewarm water. There was plenty of hot water at the sink. The staff reduced my rate but it was still disappointing to have a barely warm shower. Also, I disliked the room heating system.....off and on every 5 minutes and on the noisy side. I ended up leaving the fan on all night and wearing ear plugs.

    The shower was broken and dripped all night. It was loud and annoying. Our bed was only made with sheets. There was no comforter I was freezing all night breakfast took about an hour for scrambled eggs, and the cappuccino machine was broken.

    The breakfast buffet was wonderful lot of variety staff in hotel was pleasant and helpful
    It seemed like they were short staff at nite in room service and housekeeping

    A nice hotel with helpful staff.
    Clean room with a good view and the bar and lounge area was very clean and comfortable.
    The breakfast was fine, nothing wrong with it but very expensive for an egg and bacon buffet.

    Hotel is run down. The room had a faint cigarette smell in it. The elevators were slow and rickety.
