The hotel was clean , the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. The food was great but there was no microwave.. This hotel was beyond excellent. I had fun staying here .I will be back if they install microwaves.

The idea that a hotel that big had only one microwave was a shock to us to say the least,plus it was on the 4th floor, so we had to walk all the way to 4th floor every time we needed to eat. It was the most inconvenient experience ever.

The first Hyatt Place I had issues with. Normally I rate them very high, but this one needs some work. Staff could be nicer, more accomodating and friendly. Breakfast was unsatisfactory. Many items missing. Area not clean. Dishes mostly paper/plastic to throw away, which is terrible, as all other Hyatt Places have real dishes, which I appreciated always. All together I have to say our stay was not what we expected.

We will not be staying at a Hyatt again.

Absolutely nothing

We did not have hot water. We purchased two glasses of wine at the bar and was told we could not have a glass the employee gave us plastic solo cups. He told us the GM said too many people steal the glasses so they were not to give them to customers. There was mold and mildew in the shower. We did not have shampoo in our shower. We had two shower gels and one conditioner.

Superb location, very nice decor and nice size room.

Size of the room is excellent. Bathroom I was very disappointed (door totally damaged on the bottom ( I wouldnt rent an apartment with a bathroom like this room number 209)/caulking was part missing, rusted and dirty. Shower water pressure not strong enough, dirty tile floor and faucet on the sink was missing cover. Cleaning was good except bathroom/ breakfast could be better.

Bathroom. As I explained on the topic above. My room was facing to the roof on the second floor; terrible view . It seems like the hotel wasnt fully booked and By the price I paid I deserved a better room.

We were looking for a room to accommodate three adults in a family. This facility offered the perfect room to meet our needs. The rooms was spacious and has two queen beds plus a sofa bed that was big and comfortable when pulled out. We also liked the other furniture arrangement in the room. I specifically liked the well-designed half screen that divides the sleeping area (the queen beds) and living area (sofa) during the day and provides the feel of privacy for the sofa bed at night. We also liked the breakfast which was included. Overall a very comfortable stay for our family
