Pricey for the holidays; but great stay and location; very clean.

Super nice and cozy, great comfy beds.

We went during Christmas and the up charges were just insane. Fees for EVERYTHING (nightly parking, $300+ deposit, etc). I understand its busy during the holidays but we booked so early in advance and it was still a huge amount of money. Besides that, it was a great stay.

Over all the our family vacation was great and my kids really enjoyed being so close to the parks.

The breakfast was so awesome and very easy for my kids to grab and go.

The elevator kept breaking down.

Very good

big room, with sitting area. Bath products were very good. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Coffee and tea in room. Easy on site parking. Super close to convention center and excellent restaurants. the end

In general the beds were comfy, but mine was a little lumpy. Had to sign up as a Hyatt member to get a bottle of water. Very few snack items available for purchase for nighttime snacking. Really everything else was pretty good.

Great stay at the Hyatt

Young lady at the service desk was amazing. Her customer's service skill set was exceptionally far above the standard. She made me two delicious carmel macchiatos for my trip to Knotts. I feel bad because I didn't catch her name but if she sees this please let your boss know it was you! It was on Dec. 11. Breakfast was delicious loved the French toast

Safe, clean, breakfast choices

View, customer service was blah, too much trouble to get tv to work, ice container smelled bad, false advertising about the shuttle (this was main reason I booked here even though location was not the closest hoping for better for my price and it was just decent
