Great stay...our third visit to Hyannis In. We'll be back!!!

Tom was great. He helped us with a toilet issue. Very responsive.

The bathroom has no exhaust fan. We had to open the upper half of the window for ventilation... otherwise the room was comfortable. Maybe switch to "pillow top" mattress ?

Superb

Great location, easy to get to sites.

The staff was great and very helpful.

Doors were a little thin. You could hear the peoples tv next to us. The beds need a broom under them to collect wrappers.

Location of the property was excellent, right on main street so plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Did not use the pool but it looked like a great facility. Room was clean and tidy.

The ceiling in our room had previously had a leak and had not been redecorated. Looked like it was about to burst. Too much light in the room overnight as one of the windows only had blinds and no curtains which I personally find annoying.

Too basic and over priced. Only one cup in the room and no coffees.

Fabulous. Would stay again

Fabulous staff. Great pool area. Large room. Very large car park. Outside seating. Quick check in great location less than 3 minute walk from JFKMuseum and Kennedy trail continued with the church which we could see from the room door.

Only down side we would have liked a guest laundry. Needed to book house keeping night before but once booked that was great

Poor

Beware of advertising!

Location. Not as advertised! Expecting a little cafe and tavern on the premises but thats is just two hollowed out dark closed up shacks. Dont expect any luxuries such as an ice bucket. And after traveling 49 states this was the worst staff and management that we have encountered.
