Disappointing

OK for a short term stay

The location was central. It has a 24 hour check in and the room was large.

I would also query the integrity of an institution that asks you to provide a photo of your passport through an online checkin system. We appreciated the fact that the hotel had 24 hour checkin as we arrived after 1:00 am due to our plane being delayed. However, when we arrived we were informed we had not paid for the room even though I had provided two different credit cards to cover the cost. The final straw was when we finally got to our room after 2:00 am even though we had requested two single beds only one bed was made and we had to wait for the person on the desk to come up and make the other bed. Prior to booking in the hotel rejected my credit card even though I had used the same card throughout South America without any problems. Ironically, when I arrived at the hotel they accepted the same card without any problems.

The location was good and the area around the hotel was safe.

Firstly, the receptionist especially on the night of 19 Oct was terrible. He was not happy serving and could not speak English. There was another client when we arrived who was struggling with the receptionist that they were allocated to a single room though they were couples... Secondly, the room, amenities, wlwvator, i.e. the hotel was old and shabby. The photos that are shown in the website is a CG or had been taken 20 years ago, obviously cheating. Will give you an example the key for the room, it does not even have a key holder...

Location was good, facilities clean.

Use of a bluetooth app to open room doors (instead of cards or keys) made me feel insecure. Minutes after we checked in, another group was able to open our door and walk into our room.
