Disappointing

A very convenient location and that's it.

Location, location, location, and an electric kettle for making tea and keeping warm.

(1) No hairdryer in the room, and when I realized that it was past 11pm and I know there won't be any staff at the front desk. so be sure to check that. (2) while an electric kettle is there, there are only two very small paper cups. there was no cup in the bathroom either, until the second day (house keeping problem!). (3) on the day of check out, I was still in the room, the house keeper opened my room door without knocking first, without apologizing either (another house keeping problem!). (4) there is a small gap between the edge of bathroom counter and the wall of shower. down there it is quite dirty. I as also quite afraid that my own small items could fall down there (see picture). (5) There are some rust at the sliding door tracks, as well as the frame of the door and window.

Could be better

Just the location right near the central station and very friendly and helpful personnel. They do what they could to meet their guests. One could stay for a night.

I would expect much more for such a price. Very poor for a 3 star hotel, plus it really deserves serious renovation. Can't recommend for a long stay.

It was in front of the station, that I needed

There is no lift. I did not checked it in advance. Room was small, but enough. I found that price was high for this room. Anyway, I only needed to sleep one night.

Pleasant staff, great location, clean hotel but really needs some maintenance

Great location, small hotel with really nice staff. The place was very clean despite needing some maintenance work.

The hotel needed some work. As a single female traveller, I didnt feel safe. the doors were hard to shut and the door latch wouldnt always catch therefore being open and unlocked without my knowledge. I had to put my suitcase against the door to feel safe when I slept. I had a large hole in the toilet wall and the bed was broken (the mattress was very comfortable though) the price of the room was very expensive considering the quality. You pay for the location though as it is in a perfect spot right next to the main train station, tram stops and a short walk to the city.

We stayed for just one night but we plan to return and will book again.

We had a twin room, the room was very clean and the location was very quiet despite it being a short walk from the city centre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and let us keep our bags in storage whilst we went sightseeing before we left.
