Exceptional

Everything about the property was welcoming and warm. The rooms were perfect - very comfortable and very well thought out. The facilities were incredible - from the pool and spa to all the fun kids areas. The cosy lounges and bars were also amazing. The restaurant was fabulous and to round out the perfect stay all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nothing - everything was so well thought out and beautifully presented.

Everything was perfect!!!! Will be staying again, summer or winter this hotel and everything that comes with this - absolutely PERFECT!!

We have stayed at Nv before and think it is a lovely family friendly hotel.

Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options. Slight downside is that the hot water out of the machine is not hot enough to make a proper English cup of tea (!).

The swimming pool and jacuzzi could have been warmer. We found the pool quite cold.

Weve been to Morzine a few times, but this was our best stay by far. We will be revisiting Nv again for sure!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities are superb and clean. The food and service immaculate.

Perfect for our requirements.

Location ideal for us. Excellent breakfast and dining. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with good shower room. Efficient lift. Very good for guest with mobility problems

Car parking overcrowded at times. Probably inevitable in August, and alternatives usually available.
