Great hotel with great location.

We enjoyed our stay at the BG hotel. The size of the room was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. We will come back to this hotel in the future.

Superb

Great place to stay in Bordeaux. The hotel is full of surprises. There are many additional services and useful features - the spaces on the first floor are free to use for our purposes, like work, food, conversations etc. Moreover, there is the bar, where you can order delicious Bordeaux wines. If you do not want to use the bar it is not a problem you can bring your own food and drinks and the staff will provide you all necessary accessories, like dishes spoons, forks etc. And this is not all. Visit them and you can ensure yourself. The city center is in close access by foot. This place is recommended for every one who will travel to Bordeaux.

Design, breakfast, very nice staff, location convenient

The 4beds room is actually the handicapped room, which means no separation or curtain at the shower resulting in extremely wet floor, not very convenient when 4 people shower the one after the other. But it is a minor issue.

The breakfast was continental but did have some nice options. Which we very much enjoyed.

The room was tiny with zero storage area for cloths. The shower is next to the bed with the basin and the toilet a small cubicle. We had a room on the road side which is incredibly noisy. The windows don't keep any noise out and there is a tram stop right outside. There was noise to 2.30am with people shouting and tram noises. I would never book this hotel again.

City break hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great, as tram into city just outside. Ideal for one or two nights. Very clean room and all public areas.

The room was very basic. And small. Bit tight around the bed. Had to ask for extra pillows, as only one each. And that had no substance to it. Folded it into 4. Unfortunately they only had one spare on reception.
