BEFOREHAND THEY STEAL FROM THE ROOMS, BE CAREFUL

In this hotel they steal in the rooms They stole a perfume from us in the bathroom It was the perfume I gave my girlfriend for Christmas The most annoying thing is that after having communicated it to the reception they told us that they would call us and in case they did not find it they would refund us, to be sure because they cared a lot about what had happened. They are gone they have never been heard from. They have not been heard from because it was the day of check out. Be careful you dont go to this hotel. Then the hotel is dirty carpet in all common parts very dirty, the elevator is really dirty, the rooms are badly kept. In ours there was a water leak on the ceiling and the lights often did not go. BUT BEFOREHAND THEY STEAL FROM THE ROOMS, BE CAREFUL

Perfect location. Just what we needed for a short stay with full days. Front desk very friendly.

Central location, room just what we needed.

Room a bit warm and air con not working. Meant had to leave window open which was a bit noisy through the night. Didnt distract from a fantastic stay though.

Great experience!

Approachable and helpful staff, size of the rooms and cleanliness.

I didnt like the fact that the bathroom did not have a proper shower with glass boxes. I would rather have both bath tube and also a separate glass box shower area.

Quirky, older hotel, amazing location and awesome bathroom!!

Location is amazing!! Staff super friendly and helpful! Family room spacious

Parking! During xmas markets parking is no go and hiking through city at night was a bit hard with kids. No fridge or any facilities in rooms. Coffee machine in foyer wasnt working.

Great stay, would definitely return one day again.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humour. Room was very spacious, and facilities well kept. The buffet breakfast is a must - great variety and delicious.

Extra tea sachets in the room for those that don't drink coffee.

Great option for both city & train access

Location was perfect for our Christmas market adventure and access to train station. Liked modern upgrades that kept architectural character of past hotel. Breakfast was great with options for all.

Facilities could use some updating, ie. shower stall door edging torn and light switch control difficult to use at times.

Great location and staff but disappointed by poor state of room.

Great location for visiting Strasbourg. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee and water (still and sparkling) available 24/7 in reception.

Room (first floor standard double) did not match the four star rating or the photos and needed renovation. No extractor in the bathroom; over-mirror light not working; large section of tiling missing. Air-conditioning unit and motor for the shutter patched up with gaffer tape. Double-door entry to room (two doors within 20 cm of each other) difficult to navigate.
