The H�tel Belles Rives offers remarkable relaxation, stunning scenery, impeccable service, and beautiful decor. The hotel has a great history and the prices may be high, but it's worth it. Guests pra (Read More)ise the helpful and friendly staff, especially Luca the concierge, who arranged dinners and a boat day. Some mention that the rooms are small and the beach service is not great, but overall it is still an incredible hotel with delicious food.

Superb

Beautiful places, good rooms. The breakfast was delicious.

The parking fee was extremly costy. 50 eur/day and your car was parked on the street in front of the Hotel :-(

Lovely location but not five star service .

The location was magnificent . Kim the hostess was warm , friendly and helpful. She should train the bell and front office staff.

For a five star property I would have expected more from a service perspective. Check in was poorly handled and the maid was still cleaning the room at 5:30 pm when we were escorted to the room. Very junior staff that need to be trained. Could not answer basic questions.

Dissapointing

Location and room very nice.

No elevator between the terrace and sea level - important as my wife has been unwell and the steps were very difficult for her. I don't think this is mentioned on the website. I'm not sure either that it is made clear that use of the sunbeds is an extra charge if you are staying as a guest. In the evening we waited over half an hour for service in Fitzgerald bar. We had bar snacks which were really disappointing. The food appeared to be deep fried from frozen. Courgette beignettes were basically deep fried batter and the Panisses were the worst I've ever had. For the star rating of the hotel we were surprised. Also the vegetarian / healthy options were extremely limited Breakfast way too expensive.
