Pleasant and a 5 star treatment

The welcome, parking facilities and EV charging. Spacious room. Good choice of breakfast.

Breakfast facility staff, some were young and inexperienced.

Good hotel - next time will try somewhere in the old town.

Nice hotel, good location for the Eurostar terminal and the Westfield shopping centre.

For a five-star hotel it was a bit underwhelming. We stayed in two rooms and one of them (820) had a weird noise, like a motor running, and a shower that didnt get hot. Breakfast was good but not a patch on the barrire in Dinard.

Very comfortable and clean room.

Unfortunately we could not have dinner at the restaurant as it was fully booked. Location is not the most central, but it was very close to the Grand Palais where we needed to be.

Great if you want to go to the casino

An excellent property connected to the casino with an 80s music variety show. the rooms were well appointed with large glass windows overlooking the park. A nice stay.

The car they called for us to go to dinner was a ripoff. Not the hotel's fault per se, but they don't get you the best service for a driver to be associated with them. Get an Uber instead.

For a deluxe stay in Lille

Pretty much everything (staff, amenities, decoration, comfort, etc) ! 5 min walk to Euralille, Zenith, 20min walk to old city center. This place is for clients who like big hotels.
