The place is really nice. The access to the river a d the gardens are beautiful.

The girls in the reception were overwhelmed by the amount of guests arriving at the same time. They gave us a room that wasn't cleaned yet, there were items that the former guest left behind on the floor. When we asked the reception to send someone to clean the room they told us the get in cue. I finally contacted the cleaners that came to clean the room.

Set up and view of the hotel and surroundings, breakfast was good, nice personnel at reception

Very early check out at 10 instead of standard 12, bad service at the bar ( wasn't informed that standard drinks arre done differently, only after it was done and had to pay), had room with air conditioner that didn't cool the air, price for pets is higher than for other person with breakfast, no beach, towels were look8ng like it wasn't changed for 10 years,

we arrived at the airport pretty late and came to the hotel around 22 oclock, there was no restaurants or stores open nearby and it was very hard to find any food anywhere nearby. otherwise very good and price worthy!

It was quite and relaxing

There was no electric for many hour we could not charge phone could not make coffee I asked at desk and they refused to help with coffee I also paid for 5 hours extra and at least should be offered discount for no electric

Disappointing

Arrived at hotel 18:00 PM, and they told that rooms are not prepared yet. We have to wait one hour at lobby, once they finished. Only option Administrator suggested us to cancel the stay... During the stay, in hotel was few celebrations going on, and we was listening for loud music till 3 PM. Dinner was poor, only 4-5 labels to choose.

Near lake, nice place, real palace.
