Very good

Wonderful City

Excellent hotel. V clean. Approx 30 mins walk to City Centre but there is a Metro immediately outside. We didnt choose to have Breakfast included as the are lots of Coffee Shops/ Cafes within a few minutes walk

Modern facilities with accommodating staff. Easy to get to from metro.

First shower floor flooded but after adjusted the shower head and was great.

Rooms were clean and modern but small despite having a larger room. Staff were friendly.

Only one bottle of water per room - not enough for 2 or more guests. Hot food at breakfast wasnt replenished after 10am despite breakfast hours lasting until 11am. Slight noise from busy road however nothing major.

Basic, clean, good amenities but really noisy.

Location was brilliant for the airport and main attractions. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. Hotel was really clean and they had storage for luggage on the last day. Good for just needing somewhere to sleep.

It's right next to a building site and it was so loud you couldn't hear the tv on full nor your partner sat next to you after a long day it wasn't exactly relaxing. This should have been warned to customers beforehand as we would not have stayed here had we known how bad it was. No kettle in our room so couldn't make our own drinks, room service drinks were double the price of anywhere else. The over head shower did not work but the handheld was fine.

Superb

It's my 2nd time here so I guess it means what I think about the place. Great location, you have lots of bars restaurants metro stations and mall. Staff is the nicest always helpful and knowledgeable! The room is clean nice decor especially if you like. White :) They have a super nice tradition to give every day water chocolate and fruit, as a person who travels at least 20 times a year it's not common and this extra care makes a difference.

Need another hanger in the shower to dry the towel but no big deal. If one day they are going to renovate please consider wood floor carpets are old fashioned and the hotel is super modern. But it's just a wishful thinking

Fabulous hotel right on the metro line to airport

Location!!! We were in transit, coming into Lisbon by train and leaving by plane, the hotel is right on the metro making it super convenient. No need to haul luggage through the streets. The hotel was immaculate and we enjoyed the views from the rooftop pool area. Had we known it was situated on such a nice plaza with many interesting restaurants around, we would have dined nearby. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone without a car.

Our only inconvenience was having an inconsiderate neighbor who woke us up in the middle of the night blaring music. The staff were incredibly helpful and immediately responded.

Smashing wee hotel. Staff were fantastic. Loads of lovely little touches to make our stay special, including birthday cake for my husband. Super comfy bed too
