No smile, arrogant waiter, noise from nearby hotel - I find another place next time

View, cleaning Ines and Paula from the restaurant, showcooking and variety of food.

No smile among personal. Starting from reception. When we arrived she did not even said welcome! Also looked in our passports and told her colleague my baby's name. GDPR (personal information). I think that is problematic. Toni the waiter was really arrogant all 10 nights. It was clearly a problem that we had a baby with us which took more cleaning for him. Bumbed in to me with the service-table a few times. Had nearly lost my plate with food. Never tried that before. Aircon at restaurant made our baby sick. 90% german at hotel. Ok for us, but expect that all talks german to you. Terrible noise from the nearby hotel and their entertainment spoiling seaview in the evening from 20-23.. Manager never smiled

Superb

nice and very clean hotel, with delicious breakfast and dinner, nice staff. If you close the balcon door, it is very quiet, you cannot hear the neighbour.

location is very quiet, far from every main attraction on Mallorca. Car is a must. There is small beach near to the hotel, but if you want to go to the big beach of the Alcudian bay, it is 2 km far away. Even if you would like to go for a shopping in the evening, or to a restaurant it is 1,5 km.

Amazing stay.

The staff was impeccable, and the receptionists were outstanding! Goes above and beyond! The food is excellent, everything tastes delicious! I highly recommend taking breakfast and dinner! The room is spacious, and the housekeepers are so sweet!

A fairly pleasant stay

The hotel is located in a quieter area which spares you from the downtown hecticness. You are literally only 2 minutes away from the seafront promenade. The staff is very friendly and helpful in giving you local guidance in getting around.

Rooms could be better soundproofed. Ours was close to the lift and you can always hear people chattering in the hallway. We had the luck to neighbour a family with a crying child so that was unfortunately our daily morning call A mini-fridge in the room would have been helpful given the summer heat but you have the vending machine on some floors.

Great hotel

The room view for the mountain and beach was amazing, the structure of the hotel was great, there was variety of food in the breakfast and dinner, and also the room was spacious and cleaned.

There wasnt air conditioning in the room, just ventilation so we had to sleep with the balcony door opened. The car parking was pretty small, so probably you may need parking on the street. The TV channels were in german and it couldnt be changed, it was annoying.
