This hotel is filled with an eclectic range of furniture and art work with the most amazing view of mount Etna Staff were helpfull and pleasant

Unfortunately the jacuzzi bath wasn't working nor was the television, which I managed to fix myself as they couldn't. My husband hit his toe going into the bathroom as it was up a step which he didn't see as the lights were inside the bathroom. No tea or coffee making facilities which I think is very disappointing.. There was a fridge in the room but it was so loud we had to turn it off at night.

We really loved the view! Castelmola is absolutely stunning!!

I don't think there is something we didn't like. Maybe the hotel's restaurant... it was quite pricey and the food was not that great.

View was lovely . Breakfast was very good We understood the location was up a mountain so no surprises

The pool area was grounded and the snack bar while very good was all on top of each other. We had a large terrace which could easily taken sun loungers but were refused. No English/ American TV just for the world news
