Very good

Americans like information and context. The spa facilities and treatment options were confusing and it would have been nice to see instructions, etc. online - for example, Americans, in general do not know the term Turkish bath and I did not take my reading glasses into the spa area, therefore, the instructions were difficult to read.

Disappointing

The receptionist was a fantastic lady. The location is walkable to the castle and town. The cappuccinos were delicious and the room clean

The 1st 2 nights were ok. The last night was terrible. We didn't want a party hotel and nowhere was notice that the 5 star fancy restaurant would become a nightmare to sleep. Because it became a disco for a private party. We woke up to hear loud music until 12am... we are requesting a credit for the last night...it reminded me of a hotel in the bar distribution of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The spa water was not hot enough and the relaxing room attached too cold to relax. We requested couples massage services but found out upon arrival that it was 2 separate rooms. I cant recommend this hotel if you stay on a weekend, unless you want to hear loud USA music and Bass music and a loud dj screaming into his microphone.

Disappointing

Not a 4-star hotel

The staff were lovely and the location is walkable to old town Ischia and Ischia Port.

I left a day early. There was an overwhelming damp smell and the building is old and clearly in need of upgrading. The superior room was quite small and the mini shower was dark and not inviting. The lack of a proper sitting area is unfortunate since the spa area is only available once a day for 45 mins and the room wasnt particularly comfortable.

Very good

Beautiful place and the hotel is absolutely beautiful over looking the ocean.

Loved that it was a spa, was able to get treatments done, use the Turkish bath.

The food options were a little to fancy and the room was very small, not a lot of room.

We had a good stay, I recommend this hotel!

The room, the pool and the entire hotel is very good and welcoming, we had a nice stay there. The pool is very good and clean, room is clean and welcoming. location of the hotel is also great. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

AC in the room is very cold or very hot, it would have been better to control the AC from the room. You cannot control the AC from the room, you need to go to the reception in order to to request a higher or a lower temperature. Breakfast is not really rich, it is very basic and it is not a buffet which was a bit of a turn off for us.

Great location for a vacation in Ischia

The hotel is in Ischia Ponte which is a more upscale neighborhood than ischia Porto. It is within walking distance to the restaurants in the port and Castelo Aragones on the other side. Customer service was outstanding and breakfast was good and plentiful . Very nice rooftop bar overlooking the castle . Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money

The staff was exceptional. I fractured my foot on 9/22. They were very gracious and accommodating. They brought my meals to my room and assisted me with transfers as I was in a wheelchair.
