Superb

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The view from our window was stunning, just hills and Firenze in the background. The pool and terrace area are lovely and well kept. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff we interacted with were nice and helpful. We will surely come back and stay for longer than we did.

The location is a bit out of hand and in it's a shame that not even the closest town can be reached on foot easily, but this is clear from the onset. It was rather quiet while we stayed, but one could hear chatting and tv in the neighboring rooms. The breakfast was fine but might be improved a little. The building could be freshened up at some point, but in a way these not so modern hotels also have their charm.

Beautiful hotel with good breakfast which helps us prepare for the day. 20 mins scenic walk to bus 7 at town to Florence.

Very good

Nice rural place with swimming pool

Room was clean. Staff cordial and gave great recommendations. Room cleaned daily. Easy to find and good parking on premises.

Breakfast could use more variety. Large bed mattresses good, but single bed mattress was terrible.

Superb

Loved the location, the staff and the property. Was very relaxing and serene. Breakfast was very good with Barista Coffee each morning. Will come back for sure.

Disappointing

Bit of a let down

The property is perched on the hillside in beautiful Fiesole.

We booked this hotel for our final 2 days in Italy as our final opportunity to relax before heading home. I booked this hotel, which was more than we would usually spend, based on the photos- particularly of the stunning pool. Unfortunately the pool was not what we hoped for at all, it was green and cloudy with algae. It really ruined the last few days of a great trip.

The location pretty

No transport to & from hotel except by expensive taxis. Bus service almost non existent. Front desk staff not informative as to isolation situation of hotel for guests without their own car. Not informed by staff re purchasing bus tickets, and as such we had to pay fine of 80 euros for two for one bus trip, not being informed that tickets were not available on bus to purchase. Room decor drab, uninviting. & depressive. Breakfast mediocre, no tissues supplied in bathroom, bed sheets changed once in 5 days. Charge of 4 euros for one towel for sitting by pool. No restaurant attached to hotel except for mediocre breakfast & as such had to travel to Fiesole Square for meals. Taxis had to come from Florence which was half hour away from Fiesole, so costs were exorbitant. More guest information needed as to isolation of the property.
