Superb

enjoyed our stay

Very nice hotel in the center of the old town. everything in the area is within walking distance. Krakow city center is full of culture. Excellent choice to visit this city.

Lovely hotel stay ruined by a drunken mother

All was very good, except (see below)

We had no sleep the night before Christmas Eve due to a "lady" who was drunk and the three year old child who was screaming and running up and down the corridor. The woman was shouting, banging doors and swearing at the people she was with. Her actions and behavior were not caused by the hotel and were not the responsibility of the hotel and the night manager spent hours trying to placate her. As the family were staying at least another night we requested a room change which was granted. We were not charged for night of the incident however the woman`s selfish behavior ruined the traditional Polish Christmas Eve meal to which we were invited.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town

- Very centrally located with a wide variety of shops and restaurants close by - Staff friendly and very helpful - Room spotless and complimentary water/tea/coffee provided - Lovely architecture

- The single bed mattresses were a little on the hard side (but then again I am a fussy sleeper!) - The bedroom was too hot and we couldn't seem to adjust the temperature. Opening the windows wasn't an option due to the noise coming from nearby bars.

Good location to see a beautiful city and lots to see and do!

Staff made an effort throughout to Make the stay enjoyable. The room was spotless.

The live music bar across the street had its door open and didnt make any effort to reduce the noise volume on hotel Guests. The bar can play music loud and latr but shut the front door.

Lovely hotel very close to the main square

Fantastic location. Lovely big room with comfortable bed. Water provided daily. Very relaxed atmosphere. We loved it.

Some noise from the nearby club, but it didn't disturb us much.

In the Heart of the old Town. Very clean and silent rooms.

It is written it has a gym but 2 cyclettes (One of which was not working) is not a gym. I choose this hotel especially for the gym and I was very disappointed.
