The hotel is nice overall and location is excellent

Location and completeness of items provided.

Bathroom door seems to have water stains/molds and also a portion of the wall in the room.

Good place to stay.

Great location close to train station. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Cleaning staff was awesome. Beds were much firmer than expected. Rooms were small but kept clean.

Well worth the moderate price.

Location is close to everything. Huge shopping mall next to hotel. 3-4 dining choices on the street adjacent to hotel. 7-11 and Lawson's about a minute walk. Taxi dropoff/ pickup a minute walk. Tennoji Station right across the main thoroughfare. 3 minute walk

Grateful

Breakfast was in Japanese style, staff was very friendly and every time I came to reception with a question, at least one person could speak proper English. They cancelled 1 night of my booking accordingly without a problem due to a change of plans. I changed the booking twice, and every time it was no problem, although the exchange of messages took a while.

Most of the people at reception don't speak English or understand it, but we still managed to communicate somehow.
