The staff and the location are the best part of this place

Location is central, hotel is clean. The staff are wonderful. From young Roberto who checked us in to the lady who mans reception in the morning and who attended to us at breakfast.

Room is very small. Double bed, wardrobe, a chair, 2 tables, a wall mounted TV and not much space to move around. Also strange noises in the night, most likely from the pipes but eerie. Hotel is old, at the ground floor reception we waited for a while for someone to come until we realised that was the old reception and if we took the lift up a floor there was real reception. Our room 108 also didnt have proper wifi until we realised we could connect to a nearer WiFi signal - the signs had labelled the available signal as 106 when the real signal was called linksys106. We had read reviews and were prepared for the fact that breakfast was only one cup of coffee and a croissant with jam or nuttella. The kind lady also poured us 2 glasses of water, and I had a pot of hot water for tea. However 2 other guests were clearly dismayed that there was no yogurt, toast, butter provided. I felt sorry for them and the lady serving, its not her fault

Fabulous little family run Hotelgreat location.

Beautiful, location very close to Como, great balcony & wonderful friendly staff, the rooms were basic & a little dated, but very clean. Plenty of on site, safe parking There is a wonderful little balcony out front where we sat under the giant umbrellas ( to keep out of the rain ) enjoying a few glasses of wine & some snacks before dinner. Dinner itself was fab, all 4 of us had something different & we all thoroughly enjoyed the flavours. We will defiantly return when we are in the area.

The rain! Which obviously had nothing to do with the Hotel.

Great little place in the very center of Cernobbio

Great little place in the very center of Cernobbio, easy walking distance to ferry and bus. The room was spacious and comfortable, nice and welcoming staff.

A wonderful l place to stay and I would recomend the it to anyone

location just a short walk from the lake, breakfast really good the room looked out onto the courtyard from the breakfast room if look out you can see the part of the cave the hotel is cut out of. The evening meals are really great in a beautiful setting The people who work there are really superb and did a wonderful job helping when my my brother became ill I really cannot praise them enough thank you

See Como, pay not like Como.

Breakfast was great and we got it as gesture of good will, without us booking it in advance, all for free. The location is super! For this price in Como, it is a real gem. I liked the bed, it was not too soft and it had a good smell of laundry softener.

the main light in the room was really cold. I only used the sidebar tables lights because the light bulb was warm. the main room light had a super cold light. otherwise, everything was really good.
