Beautiful views, delicious breakfast.

Sewage smellin room. They very kindly upgraded us to a suite when there was a noise issue but the smell of sewage was very strong

A beautiful venue, with gorgeous views. A lot of value for the cost.

This quiet hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was outstanding. The views of the hills were spectacular.

The narrow, winding streets to get to the hotel were a bit harrowing at night in the rain. The shower could have been a bit cleaner.

The room was ok, pool is a good addition, the whole facility is really nice and the location is superb.

The fridge in the room wasn't working, but the rest was ok. We really enjoyed our stay.

Complete waste of money and very rude staff!

Nothing. Literally.

Received food poisoning on my third day here. I can no longer eat eggs, so Im certain it was the scrambled eggs. No one else appeared to have eaten the eggs as the tray was full when I went down to breakfast and was one of the last down. The eggs had been left with the lid off, for how long I do not know. The hotel have stated I must have got this elsewhere however, I only ate at the hotel. They have not shown any empathy for the fact I was ill at all and ignored my message initially, this is typical for this hotel. Genuinely no idea how this has four stars. First the staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. This is right across the board we only found one cleaner to be lovely. Found the staff to be prejudiced they were more attentive to those who look like they have money. Ignore others to accommodate this. I experienced this three times: upon check-in the couple who arrived after me were seen to first. At the bar/shop I ordered drinks only for him to serve an American first and even took money out of her hand when she stated she hadnt checked in and had no euros only dollars. Finally in the restaurant for our evening meal where I was blatantly ignored in preference of a table appearing to have more money. I was never even offered a wine list, I had to ask. The food was poor in comparison to everywhere else we ate during our stay in Italy. It was expensive and portions were pathetic. Bad food. Poor menu choice and bland. Several dishes unavailable. Very poor service There is nowhere comfortable to sit. The photos show lots of seating areas. What is not shown is that there is a stone wall as the back often with a type of dado rail. The seats again are concrete with cushions. All the seats outside had had their pads removed. It is not at all welcoming! Literally long periods where you cannot get anything to eat or drink. A four star hotel should have a 24 hour bar. The bar never opened!

Beautiful location and views

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. Views from our balcony, garden and pool area were amazing. Room facilities were a bit old, but comfortable. Its a perfect place to stay away from crowded cost, but still in 15 min drive from the beach, and under hour drive to the Amalfi. Car is a must here.

Never ever again, even if free offer.recommend to anyone.

Nice staff. Clean inside. Good size room.

Awful parking. Worse access to hotel by car, I have ever seen. Extremely narrow roads. Had to stop breath few times due to narrow, bent roads. Parking 200 yards from hotel, which was full when we came back after dinner. Overspill car park 9 euro per night. Not mentioned in advance. Shower doors not closing properly, leading to spillage of water. Local tax charged at 4 euro pp, per day. Normal in 2 in Italy. Very noisy location of rooms just above bar area. People never go to sleep till late. Away from coast, too pricey for location. Never again. Made our Italian experience as poor. Sad.
