A hotel pearl in the beautiful Engadin, perfect for the whole family.

Its a wonderful location, a beautiful garden, very nice and newly renovated lobby/reception/bar and a fantastic Jugendstil dinner hall. The rooms have excellent amenities, staff are very friendly and forthcoming. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic. What is great is the supervised kids club with many activities for children.

very nice building. incredible views. great breakfast. extremely good location.

booked a double room but got in reality two single beds. when asked reception they replied saying sorry thats a double for us. this has been really bad. unacceptable!

Magnificent location, very friendly staff, but MISERABLE FOOD PORTIONS

In sixty years of international travel, I have never encountered a hotel which served such miniscule food portions, especially for dinner. The manageress offered an unconvincing explanation that this was a hotel policy aimed at reducing food waste and that I could have asked the waiter for more. Really? It is a travesty of the hospitality for which the Swiss, like we Irish, are world-renowned, to place a guest in the embarrassing position of Dickens' Oliver, to have to say, "Please, sir, may I have some MORE......."

the restaurant is generally below the quality of the hotel, except for the separate restaurant Gion that also belongs to the Saratz. Gion is top.

We had the best time ever! The hotel is amazing. There is so much to do, including outside swimming pool, large park surrounding the hotel, wellness area, great breakfast, room with fantastic views and much more!

We loved every single minute of our stay.

Lovely cozy but sophisticated atmosphere, a stunning vista from the main balcony, facilities within the grounds such as the swimming pool and warm, personal service.

It would be appreciated if the the spa could remain open a little later.
