Ideal location with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Pity about the noise from the trams

Room sized, location, breakfast and staff were all superb

We started in room 103 but the noise from the trams was unbearable which meant we got no sleep. After two nights we were moved to room 301 which was ideal from a noise reduction perspective.

Fair due to all the countries we visit but the noise not good with trams shaking the building

Superb

A stunning location, friendly staff, excellent facilities and the rooms are all unique and large.

The location not far from the main square in the old town was lovely. Its a stunning, unique, old building but with all the comforts of a modern hotel.

The rooms on the 1st floor are right next to the tramline and the trams go past every few minutes from 04:00 to 11:30 pm. You do get used to it in a sort of comforting way but if you are a light sleeper it might affect you. They do emblems loudly right past the hotel.

Very clean and beautiful hotel rooms are excellent

Sorry but breakfast wasnt too good, and I also found the kitchen staff were very noisy which was annoyingly because we could not talk to guess, exstreamly noisy
