Great facility. Poor service.

Service remains an issue. There is clearly poor management of the staff. Examples: -Not enough towels, soap and shampoo in the room -Cleaning person removed the key we left to keep electricity in the room in order to have the heat on (otherwise it gets too cold). -Heat works poorly. -Restaurant staff has a poor attitude -Lack of several items in the breakfast buffet (things as simple as sliced cheese, sliced ham, cream cheese) -15 minutes to prepare a "hierba buena" On the positive side the facility is excellent.

Very nice facility. Not so good service.

The facility

Service is not good, in my view due to poor management. As an example, the main restaurant was closed for dinner one of the nights due to a private event. Where do you want people staying there to eat? I was told at the front desk that week end breakfast was until 11 am. The restaurant staff said 10.30 am. When the breakfast is crowded, the reataurant runs out of food. The checkout process is long and cumbersome. The heat in the room never works.

Excellent food, great place, could be a 10 with Better customer service in lobby.

Breakfast is delicious! Its a confortable place, We really like the place, good located.

We been here before and I thought was better than last time, I asked a room in a high floor and They didnt attend my suggestion also the breakfast was including in the prize and this time was almost o equal price without the breakfast cost., We arrived at 8-9 pm and They never called before to ask or say something about the reservation, I think the customer service could be better, more warmer.

It is a nice and comfortable place but the staff is not friendly

It is comfortable and clean.

Customer service is terrible, they dont make you feel welcome. We stay there often and the staff barely says hello. We also stopped including the breakfast with our reservation because they attention was very bad. They didnt serve the coffee, I had to ask and it felt I was bothering them. Unfortunately, it is the best choice around the area so we always go back but the attention and costumer service should be better.
