Great hotel, looking forward to staying again.

Well I'm staying again in a few weeks, so I must have liked it. Great quirky place, and a lovely interior, living space. The man at reception, was awesome in not just introducing me to the hotel, but also giving an overview of the city itself. Loved having a chat with him too. What a guy! The whole place had a nice laid back vibe.

Sehr freundliches Personal

I was put into the worst chamber. The sink had a Crack, the shower was terrible. The bed was very slim and the matress kept sliding on the bed. The furniture looked good, but was very old. There was no towel holder in the bathroom.

Staff people are friendly and respectful at the same time. Hotel Rubenhof is clean and jolie.

I would have preferred finding someone during the evening/and night. Anyway in the need I called and they answered as soon as possible. I can't complain about anything.
