Disappointing

Room was near the lift. Very noisy. Maids talking in the corridors early in the morning constantly

Disappointing

The weather made my trip!

The staff were friendly enough, the hotel is clean although tired and outdated.

I had not had an all inclusive holiday before so did not know how things worked, I.e. get your own drinks. The staff could have informed upon arrival. The dining area is horrid, like a cattle market! The food was poor.
