Very good

This hotel is perfect for a long stay vacation in ischia. Very affordable and lovely location, quite remote and isolated, if that's what you're looking for. I would not recommend booking here for 1-2 days; you'd need 3 days minimum to make it worth the trip because it's about an extra hour from the port (via island bus, which is quite accessible). Lovely breakfast. Great staff. Incredible scenery.

Quite remote. Minimal room amenities (no fridge, no really much in the room). Not close to restaurants. If you want long nature walks then this would be your place, otherwise it has poor accessibility. However, the staff are incredibly kind and will pick you up from the main city area.

Worth a stay if you have a car.

The hotel is great, Vito (the manager is even better - he is so lovely and helpful). The hotel doesnt have a restaurant as advertised (just a place to have breakfast). Not all rooms are sea view - ours was sea glimpses even though we booked a deluxe double with sea views (see pics). The terrace is fantastic for watching sunsets. Vito is so kind and accommodating.

You need a car here. No restaurants at all nearby. No supermarkets nearby. Our fault didnt look properly at a map. Property would be fantastic if owners invested more money. Gardens dry/dead and over run. The terrace would be fantastic if they had a bar there for guests. Bar is already there but not used.

Excellent staff make this hotel

Vito and the staff are very helpful, he gave some excellent tips for restaurants and places to visit, his knowledge of the island is very good. Johnny and Vito run guests free of charge to nearest bus or Panza, even Poseidon, allowing you to travel onwards very easily. The staff willingness to be helpful whilst not overbearing and the peace and quiet of the property are truly its best features.

We would have liked to see a fridge in the room. This would allow the storage of cold drinks which is very much needed in the current climate. No fault of the staff and the job they do but the furniture and buildings are a little tired in places which is a shame. No restaurant on site except for cold buffet breakfast, so during the day you need to have thought ahead and got in some drinks and food if staying onsite (no ice cream :-( ) especially if a hot day. The walk to nearest restaurant etc is very hilly and some dirt roads so not easy in the heat.

We loved the view from the terrace where we spent many of our evenings; its really relaxing and exceptional. The staff was amazing, always ready to go out of their ways to help you. The hotel is remotely located so I wouldnt recommend if youre looking for Ischias party life; but its perfect if you want to rest and relax in the evening with not so many people around. There are free shuttles offered so you can get a ride to the closer bus stop and reach your destination-we didnt have a car or a scooter so we really appreciated that.

Lack of the fridge in the room-but we can always use a small fridge in the reception and also ask for ice cubes, so it wasnt an issue.
