Exceptional

Very friendly and pretty hotel restored recently and looks new A small freeze and air conditioning in the Room well appriciated. Also a very ggod Room cleaning service . Above all a very good welcome with smile and avaibility from the Hostess of the hotel reception !!! A good breakfast . Thank you !!!

Comfortable and clean and great location.

Location is great. 5 mins walk from Wenceslas square and in a quiet road. Staff at reception were lovely.

I didnt really enjoy the windowless room which must have booked but didnt notice at time of booking. The room was a bit too warm with central heating so need to put on air con to cool down. Had an issue with the sink plug but was resolved quickly. The lady at breakfast was a bit miserable but I find that a common thing in this part of the world. Not many smiles in the service industry in general

Not bad, but I would search for something else

Big bed and renovated rooms

Horrible smell from the restroom, poor breakfast, small room (claiming to have a spacious room but having a small one also cut small considering the roof, no couch), forever waiting time for elevator if you are placed on 4th floor

Excellent location. Lots of different choices for breakfast. Comfortable room. Had a minibar in the room which was handy to keep some fruits.

The water from the shower could have been warmer.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is well located, you can access by walk if you like to walk. The room was very clean and calm. The service was good and kind. The breakfast was good with multiple choices. I definitly recommend this hotel!
