Staff is great and there's a restaurant with full bar.

Mattresses where ok though they were not hotel quality. Sofa bed is not comfortable at all.

Would I Go Back????

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Location was great and made walking Old Quebec City very easy to navigate. Hotel suite was very nice and comfortable. Rooms very clean as well as the Hotel overall.

When I booked my holiday stay, I didn't think that construction activity would be occurring in the hotel during such a busy time. If I had known beforehand that such disruptive activity would occur, I would have booked elsewhere. After walking the city all day and thinking that I could go back to my room to relax before dinner, the relentless sound of construction activity made it impossible to relax. Telling staff that it was inappropriate didn't seem to matter. Also, if you want to kick back and watch TV be prepared because the WIFI is so bad nothing can be streamed.

The computer system broke and the staff was phenomenal in working through this and making everything convenient. They did a great job not being frustrated with some other customers who were less than patient.

Great hotel in Quebec Old Port

Very good location with parking (very limited at this time of the yeay in Quebec Old Port). Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We had a small dog and the room was very spatious and well accomodated.

Overall our stay was pleasant but I would prefer more choice at breakfast and a better heated room.

The location is excellent for visiting both upper and lower towns in the old part of the city. The rooms are attractive with stone walls.

The room was always cold. Old stone walls and big windows require a better heating system in winter!

We stayed in a suite that was in an adjacent building, not in the main hotel. It was very nice. Beautifully renovated and had a small kitchen area which we like to have. Very comfortable and quiet. Reasonable walking distance to all tourist attractions/areas.

Christmas season is here so the ambience is really charming. The bed was extremely comfortable! Heater worked perfectly. We traveled with our dog - the bowls in the room , nice detail

The view of our room, a gas station, a little bit of noise because of the cars coming in and out also a garbage truck in the morning.
