Nice 3 star hotel but mattress needs changing

We were in room 301 the room was ok with a nice view of the church in front. The shower was great too and the staff were very welcoming.

The bed was uncomfortable and i didn't sleep very well and woke up with a bad back... Luckily the shower was great ithink new mattresses are needed... You go to a hotel to sleep well and i wasnt able to do so.

A few days in Sevilla

Staff helpful. Breakfast was very good including hot options & varied. Very clean. Very quiet. Roof terrace where you could sit out in the sun. Convenient location.

Parking restricted to small cars not identified at booking stage. Bed quite firm for me but partner felt OK for him. Hot water dispenser at breakfast irritatingly slow.

OK for one night stay, but if you want to spend more than a few hours in the room, go elsewhere.

Location was OK and price was good. Everything else was bad.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable and they seemed to have plastic sheets under the normal ones. The desk in the room is narrow and high, so that I almost broke my spine trying to do some work. Bathroom is super small, when sitting on a toilet one has a sink directly in front. And water was dripping. One hears all the sounds from nearby rooms. Everything.
