Exceptional

The breakfast was very nice. The room was clean with really good climate control and beautiful garden view. Well organised free shuttles every half an hour to San Francesco beach which is absolutely fantastic. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I would like to come back to this hotel again.

Nice environment, rooms comfortable, staff very pleasant. Shuttle service very useful though you need to book in advance and it operates at limited times.

We were not warned that several evenings in the week there would be very loud music until late at night - clearly audible from our rooms. Neither were we warned that swimming caps were obligatory in the swimming pools. Expected better coffee and food at an Italian hotel.

A great hotel with great staff . We were late for dinner with our 2 young daughters and the staff did not turn us away but very kindly accommodated us. What a great experience . We stayed all day after checking out ( indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna ) Complimentary drinks . English speaking staff who went the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. We are impressed with this hotel ( big thank you to the team leader of the waitresses) what a great man . Thank you once again

Beatiful hotel but very dirty/small rooms and additional fees

Good breakfast

Bathing cap is obligatory for the pool. If you dont have your own already you have to buy one. Ours were stolen from the balcony after one day. At the pool also additional costs for the towels. The hotel room was very very dirty and the bathroom was almost not cleaned after previous guests at all. The terrace also dirty with waste from other guests

Beautiful place , great staff but they could do better .

The location was good but a little tricky to walk to places due to cars on the road. Loved the pool and the great breakfast spread . The free shuttle was great but limited . Beautiful place , comfortable beds .

One gentleman who worked there was always giving us the wrong information . They canceled the happy hour party they had advertised because the singer was sick but didnt inform anyone that it was canceled . Very unprofessional , they could have still had the party or had a backup singer . I dragged my family back for it so I was disappointed.
