Totally disappointing. Not worth its money

Big area. Nice live music in restaurant. Good that there is a stable, we took a ride on nice horse. Good breakfast

No window curtains in bathroom! No toilet brush! Rooms are small, and I hit my head with that sloping ceiling few times. If you are looking for a simple glass of still water, even for kid in restaurant you will be charged for 10zl, its nonsense. No water on reception! Room not clean. Hotel doesnt deserve 4 stars, especially for that money. On a territory of hotel there is horse grazing yard with electric fence, without a single warning on it!

1. Clean rooms, nice territory, beautiful view. 2. Very good breakfast with various tasty food options.

1. Staff is not speaking english 2. All information about hotel services is in polish 3. Plastic glass in bathroom, very weird for such a nice room. Even though it was very clean, I was suprised housekeeping didnt attend second day. 4. When we arrived, receptionist just gave us a key telling your room is in another building. That is it. Then I started to ask, how do we get to the spa, where breakfast is, where building is. We could barrly get an answer as nobody speaks english. Finally receptionist guided us to another building and showed us a room. Just imagine, late evening, no lights, noone is explaining us anything. The hotel is anything but welcoming. 5. We left our stuff at room and went to a main building to attend aqua zone. When we asked receptionist (another one) where the spa is, she waved with her hands and turned around, telling something in polish. 6. Staff must speak english, information about hotel in rooms should be in english as well. Otherwise how we as foreign guests will respect hotel rules, terms & conditions if we simply dont understand polish?

Classy architecture, scrumptious food, friendly staff, gorgeous park. our room in the Residence was superb with a stylish decor.

some customers with no manners with unruly dogs staying in the beach house. hopefully a one off incident as these sort of people do not belong to such a classy place.

- Lot of rubbish in the trash of previous guests - Dirty smelly tap water, the smell was like there was a died rat into the water - Dirty carpet - Dirty bed makes us felt too itchy - Broken and unworking air-condition. Cold room. - Photos on their page and on Booking are are beautiful, BUT definitely different in reality. I totally disappointed about the less atmosphere room I received comparing to photos here on Booking.

Excellent location that would suit couples and families with children. Very nice buildings and grounds surrounding the hotel

This amazing hotel could benefit from a bar where it would be easier to order drinks and sit and relax. The restaurant was adjacent to the bar and it was too busy to sit in this area

first of all the hotel doesnt respect 4 stars, because some things are really fixable.. first of all in our room the shower water does not run into the drain, after showering bath fool of water.. somehow the smell from drain feels in toilet..second thing, the spa wasnt good, the water in jacuzzi just a bit warm, sauna was cold, I had to go to ask to turn it on; feels like staff doesnt work there. The park around is deserted, really lack of order..I m pretty sure that this hotel doesnt deserve a four stars, because many things look good just from first look, would be really nice place, but there is lack of clean, working people around..the last thing - we came to restaurant 8:30 p.m, waiteress said that kitchen doesnt work anymore, they cant said we cant order even snacks on 8:30 p.m??! this is really weird, when other people waited their meals horrible
