I will not come again

nice room, large balcony

"late" arrival are charged after 8pm. The rates are not given in advance, just before the stay starts. I complained and was not charged in the end. Nobody at the reception most of the time which make the communication difficult and payment of the tourist tax.

The room was dirty, there were hair on the floor and on the bed. The smell was not good in the bathroom

Very good

The location is perfect. The staff is exceptional, friendly, welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Got checked in 3 hours before normal check in time and checked out a few hour after check out time.

The hotel itself was an extremely beautiful building with cute balconies. My room was on the ground floor and it was of course less pleasant experience since no balcony and the windows have bars... one time a random guy passing by just put his head through the bars into the room... you kinda always need to keep the windows closed which took away from the experience. But the staff more than compensated for that inconvenience.
