Their payment process at midnight was painful and time consuming and the key cards for one of the rooms didn't work

Hotel Nippon is a great stay for anyone who needs a central location in Colombo. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. In addition the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

I was allowed to check in late at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located.

Location and breakfast are good

I reserved 2 rooms for my friend's couple and 2 families of 4 people. However, when making an online reservation as a representative, there was only one reservation per room. The number of people included in the price is 2, but I paid an additional fee because I was booked for 1 person. And next day I received a message from Booking.com saying I did not stay at the hotel. Why?
